Shipping Policy

At Clever Woods, we take pride in carefully crafting and packaging each item to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Times

In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order, custom, and furniture items may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be communicated on the product page or directly with the customer.

Small Parcel Shipping

Smaller items such as wood care products, accessories, artwork, and select decor pieces are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Furniture & Large Item Delivery

Due to the size and unique nature of many furniture pieces, shipping methods vary by product.

Customers located in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas may be eligible for local delivery or pickup arrangements.

For customers outside our local service area, freight or specialty delivery options may be required. Shipping costs for large furniture items will be quoted separately prior to fulfillment.

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions regarding delivery of a large item.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select products by appointment. Customers will be contacted with pickup details after purchase when applicable.

Digital Products

Digital plans, CNC files, templates, and downloadable products are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping charges.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be the responsibility of the customer.
