Return & Refund Policy

At Clever Woods, every piece is handmade in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and many are one-of-a-kind. Because of this, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you receive a damaged item, or if something isn't as described, contact us at andrew@cleverwoods.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund.

Custom and made-to-order items (including made-to-order wall art and any piece built to your specifications) are final sale and not eligible for return, except in cases of damage or defect.

Digital products (SVG/DXF file packs, plans, and the Project Calculator) are non-refundable once downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods.
